Care-Partners for Home HemoDialysis

TMS provides people with kidney disease who does not have a spouse or other family member to assist with HHD. Our professional caregivers are trained to provide medical care.

The care partner's professionals are committed to assisting with HHD treatments with a positive, calm, patient attitude. They are highly motivated individuals who have learned the skills necessary to perform HHD.

Assisted Peritoneal Dialysis

TMS provides assisted PD to patients who are can not complete this treatment on their own. Our skilled staff members will work with you before, during, and after your treatments. PD is a needle-free dialysis treatment that can be performed at home during the day or even at night while sleeping by using the lining of the abdomen to filter waste from the blood.

In-Home Respite Care

Providing emotional support and giving care partners the ability to take a break for a couple of hours, days, or weeks.

Medications and Nutrition

At TMS our dedicated team will assist with medications so you will never miss a dose. We also have a Registered Renal Diet

Ventilator Dependencies

Ventilators are used for life support and they help a dialysis patient to breathe. It is referred to as a breathing machine or respirator. Specialized Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses provide care to patient who suffers from severe lung damage or other breathing conditions.

IV therapy and Infusion

TMS offers intravenous therapy and infusion therapy for dialysis patients. An IV is a tube that is inserted into the vein to treat and provide feedings. IV is used for fluid replacement, chemical imbalance, pain relief, and antibiotics for infections.

Colostomy and Wound Care

TMS offers colostomy care for dialysis patients. A colostomy is an operation that makes an opening for the colon, or large intestine, through the abdomen. We specialize in wound care for renal patients.

Tracheostomies

We provide tracheostomy care for patients with acute and chronic respiratory failure requiring dialysis.

Diabetic/ Endocrine Care

TMS has an experienced team that will provide a positive treatment for endocrine disorders and diabetic care.

Chronic Kidney Disease Consultation

TMS provides certified kidney educators to discuss stages of CKD, signs and symptoms, necessary tests, renal diet, vegetarian diet with CKD, dialysis treatment options, etc
